Returns and exchanges
You can return any NEW, UNUSED item(s) with all original packaging and/or tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not charge any restock fee.
Any merchandise that shows signs of use (wear, dirt, smell, scuffing, scratch, etc.) cannot be returned. This includes any items that have been “tested out”. Items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.
Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and overage fees will not be refunded. Credit for the returned items is applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be inspected by Trinsic Optics within 72 hours of receipt, depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-10 business days before a credit is posted to your account.
To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page and indicate in the subject “Sales Return”.
Note that you can only create a return after an order has been marked as shipped. All issued RA numbers will be active for 30 days, so please be sure to return any merchandise as soon as possible.
If you intend on simply exchanging a product, once you receive your RA number for the original return, simply place a new order for the exchange item(s). This will enable you to receive your new items as fast as possible.
You have the option of using the return shipping carrier of your choice to return merchandise to us, however, we recommend using a shipping method that is traceable and that provides insurance. Trinsic Optics will not be responsible for lost or stolen “in-transit” items. Any COD returns will be refused.
Alternatively, if you prefer to have Trinsic Optics provide you with a return shipping label, we will be happy to provide this service at $29.99 per shipment. The amount will be deducted from your total refund.
Please do not tape anything to the product box. Do not use the product box as a shipping container as it will be damaged during transit and rejected by our returns department. You may use the original shipping container.

If you experience a manufactures defect in the materials or workmanship of your goggles, we offer a warranty for up to 1 year from the purchase date and replace the product at no charge. Trinsic Optics has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects. Apparel and accessories including hats and apparels are not covered under the 1 year warranty policy.
Trinsic Optics will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our online store or one of our authorized dealers. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or any other damages incurred from the user.
For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Trinsic Optics. Trinsic Optics is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product.
