Your Acceptance of this Agreement

This is an Agreement between you and all persons you represent (and for purposes of this Agreement referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user” herein) and Trinsic Optics ("Trinsic Optics" and sometimes also referred to as “us,” “we” or “our” herein) regarding your access to and use of Trinsic Optics’s trinsicoptics.com website and all content, information, products and services available on or through the website (collectively, the "Website").

Each time you use the Website you signify your acceptance and agreement, and the acceptance and agreement of any person you purport to represent, to be bound by this Agreement as it then reads, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any person you purport to represent. If you do not agree with each provision of this Agreement, or you are not authorized to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of the person you purport to represent, you may not access or use the Website.

Permission to Use Website

You may use the Website to purchase product only if you have reached the age of majority where you live and you can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Website is lawful, and you must comply with all applicable laws. Trinsic Optics reserves the right to request proof of identification and age.

Changes to this Agreement

Trinsic Optics may, in its sole discretion, change this Agreement from time to time as it relates to future use of the Website, by posting a revised Agreement on the Website. By using the Website after this revised Agreement has been posted, you signify your acceptance and agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. You may not change this Agreement in any manner.

Out of Stock/Backorder

Under rare circumstances, an item may become out of stock before we are able to ship out the order. We will always contact you prior to shipment if this happens and we will try our best to remedy the situation. . If you wish to substitute an item you will need to contact us to arrange for a substitute or to cancel your order outright.

Payment Methods

Trinsic Optics accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard via WIX, ApplePay and PayPal. The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution and then place the order again when the problem is resolved.

Currency and Sales Tax

All prices are in Canadian dollars. The amount of tax applied to your order depends on your location. Orders that ship to residences in BC will have both GST and PST applied (if applicable).

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duty, taxes and regulation of the country that its shipped to. Import taxes are not included in the final price.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product. We accept no responsibility for import duty and taxes on orders shipped outside Canada. It is the buyer responsibility. 

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds, credits or corrections to your order. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices or any other store are not refundable.

Errors on Our Website

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Trinsic Optics reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is canceled, Trinsic Optics will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. 

General Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to ship orders using our choice of carrier depending on where you live, delivery times for ground service can be up to 7+ business days.

We can ship worldwide but note that import taxes may apply, no COD is accepted. 

We strongly recommend to use an address where you are sure to be there during the day (ex: your workplace).

Orders for outlying areas may be shipped via Canada Post to make delivery more economical and/or assessed a surcharge after the order has been placed.  You will be contacted if a surcharge is required for your order due to shipping.

Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM excluding statutory holidays or if its dumping snow as we`ll be all on the mountain riding some powder. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. 

Orders can only be modified or canceled up until its status becomes “Shipped”. After this point, you must initiate a return if you wish to exchange or cancel your order.

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered is accurate, and to use the tracking number provided to claim your shipment.

Shipping Policy

Orders at $75 and above, before tax and any surcharges, qualify for free ground shipping. Quoted delivery times for Express are based on end-of-day delivery commencing after an order has actually shipped. All Express shipments are made using Canada Post. Certain outlying areas are not within Express shipping range, please contact us if you are unsure of whether your destination is within range. A flat rate of 50$ will be added for Express shipment.

Typically, most orders received by noon, PST, are processed within 48h. All products are shipped from our warehouse located in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Any unclaimed orders including delivery refusal or address error and resulting in a shipment being returned to Trinsic Optics from the carrier are credited upon receipt, less $25 for orders originally sent with Ground service, or $65 for orders originally sent with Express service.  No "re-delivery" is possible once the order has been returned to Trinsic Optics from the carrier, you must re-submit your order.

Trinsic Optics reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.
